You're probably used to my newsletters in another format. But it's a new year, a whole new level of crazy (right?), so I decided it needed a make-over.
Oh, and no, I don't mean using AI or anything like that. I actually wrote this (and will continue to write these) directly from my own thinking. Weird but true.
Besides, in my 30's, I tried to always be the authority on things and give advice in my mailers. These days, I realize I know nothing, and usually it's better to just admit that.
So welcome to Life is Like a Post-it Note where I share my bi-weekly post-its; sometimes thought-provoking, sometimes funny, and almost always true.

01. Dinner with the girls
Lately, I've been working. ALOT. But I had dinner with some of my girls last week and it made me remember just how great it is to connect.
By the way, these girls are so awesome! Jasmine is an artist who runs classes and retreats, Lindri is a fellow South African & the founder of an English academy with a difference, and Mary is a singer.
